│    1. When the Customs authority which has granted the  approval deems│
│    it necessary,  photographs  or  diagrams  authenticated  by  that  │
│    authority, shall be attached to  the  approval  certificate.  The  │
│    number of those documents shell then be inserted by  the  Customs  │
│    authority, under item No.6 of the certificate.                     │
│                                                                       │
│    2. The certificate shell be kept on the means of transport.        │
│                                                                       │
│    3. Means of transport shall be produced every two years,  for the  │
│    purposes of inspection and of renewal of approval to the  customs  │
│    office of the region where the owner or user is established or re- │
│    sident.                                                            │
│                                                                       │
│    4. If means of transport no longer complies  with  the  technical  │
│    conditions prescribed for its approval, it shell, before  it  can  │
│    be used for the transport of goods under Customs seal be restored  │
│    to the condition which had justified its approval.                 │
│                                                                       │
│    5. If the essential characteristics of  means  of  transport  are  │
│    changed, means of transport shall cease to be converted by the app-│
│    roval and shall be reapproved by Customs authority  before  it  can│
│    be used for transport of goods under Customs seal.                 │
